Government Document Depository

Trexler Library is a federal depository. Government documents are, for the most part, accessible through the library's on-line catalog. Depository documents are shelved in open stacks and are available during the library's normal service hours. The loan period for government documents is one week, with one renewal. Fines are $.25/day. Information from the National Council on Disabilities, the President's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities, the Human Resources Administration, and other federal agencies and divisions working with Americans with disabilities are readily available in the collection or on-line on GPO Access. Reference Services Trexler Library will provide reference service to LVCIL members, including access to our electronic databases on the web and in CD-ROM. These resources include Academic Search Premier, PAIS, PsycInfo, and Sociological Abstracts. Unfiltered Internet access is available on most of the PC's in the library, but some electronic databases are passworded. Ask for assistance at the Reference Desk.
